Peter Roylance - Principal Lawyer

Peter is a Partner of EMR Mitrakas.

Peter has been with our firm since his admission in 2013 gaining experience in both the legal and administrative side of the business.

Prior to joining Eugenia Mitrakas Lawyers, Peter gained exposure to the legal industry through his employment at the Victorian Bar.

Peter became a partner of EMR Mitrakas in 2023.

Peter handles various legal matters for our firm including probate, wills, commercial leases and conveyancing.

When out of the office, Peter can be found at sporting and music events around Melbourne.

Peter has recently undertaken the necessary coursework to be admitted as a Notary Public and is intending to apply for Admission as a Notary Public in 2025.

In 2024 Peter joined the committee of the Southern Solicitors Law Association.
