Costs

Here at Eugenia Mitrakas, we are as upfront and transparent with our fees and charges as possible. We use standardised fees as set out by the Society of Notaries of Victoria. For most other areas of law, we charge in accordance with the Practitioner Remuneration Order. Many factors can affect your overall legal costs as we progress with your matter. We are often asked, “How much will it cost?” But this is not as easy to answer as you may think.

Charges will differ based upon what we know about your matter and the time and resources we are giving to assist you. But you can be certain that we will do our best to keep you updated and informed on the fees and the range of costs beforehand. We also send regular invoices detailing costs and expenses.
